Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This policy describes how by fifteen (the "operator", "we") handles user information in the iOS and Android app "tabenote" (the "App").
The App has no account registration or login. We do not collect information that directly identifies you — such as your name, email address, or phone number — through the App.
2. Information We Collect
2-1. Information you enter (stored only on your device)
The following information is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- Stars (favorites) and notes you attach to foods
- Saved food combinations, with their names and notes
- Your food selection history (used to show frequently used foods)
- Settings such as display language
This data is exported only when you yourself use "Export data" in Settings, and only to the destination you choose. For information sent from the App when you use the AI features, see Section 2-3.
2-2. Purchase information
Subscription payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on the store where you obtained the App. We never receive payment details such as credit card numbers. To manage subscription status, purchase information (receipts) and an anonymous user ID automatically generated by the App are handled by RevenueCat (a subscription management service), a processor acting on our behalf. We cannot identify you personally from this ID.
2-3. Information sent when you use the AI features
When you use the AI menu suggestions, the names of the foods you selected, the season, flavor information, your display language, and the anonymous user ID described above are sent to our server.
When you search for a food that is not in the App's food encyclopedia, the search term you typed, your display language, and the same anonymous user ID are sent in the same way, in order to suggest similar foods from within the encyclopedia. That guidance is an estimate generated by AI; the searched food itself is not added to or stored in the encyclopedia (the App's database).
We send only what is needed for these functions. The information sent is used solely to generate the suggestion or guidance and to confirm subscription status, and is not stored on our server. The generation is performed through the processors listed below (Cloudflare, Anthropic).
2-4. Usage analytics
To improve the App, we collect usage information through Layers (an analytics service), a processor acting on our behalf. We collect the following:
- Operation events such as screen views and feature use — the fact that an action happened and how often (for example, that a combination was saved or a note was written), including which screens were displayed (this includes which food pages were viewed)
- An identifier automatically generated by the App that cannot identify you personally (an install ID)
- Technical information such as device model and OS version
The contents of your notes, the food names you selected, and personally identifying information such as your name are not sent. Collected information is used only for statistical analysis. We do not track you for advertising purposes (no tracking across devices, no use of advertising identifiers), and the App never requests iOS tracking permission (ATT) or uses the Android advertising ID (AD_ID). We also do not match the information we collect against data held by other companies.
2-5. Technical information processed automatically
In connection with the communications described above, technical information such as IP addresses may be processed temporarily by the server infrastructure (Cloudflare, Layers) in order to establish the connection. The App uses no advertising SDKs and no crash reporting tools. It also requests no device permissions such as camera, photos, location, or notifications.
2-6. Information we do not collect
We do not collect or transmit the following through the App.
- The contents of the notes you write (they are stored only on your device)
- Personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, or health data
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
3. Purposes of Use
- To provide the App's features (including generating menu suggestions)
- To confirm and restore subscription status
- To understand how the App is used and to improve its features
- To prevent abuse
- To respond to inquiries (when you contact us by email)
4. Third Parties and Processors
We do not provide user information to third parties except as required by law. To provide the App, we entrust processing to the following companies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Data on your device (stars, notes, saved combinations, and so on) is deleted from the device when you delete the App. It is not kept on our servers.
- Content sent for the AI features is used only to generate the suggestion or guidance and is not stored on our server. Our relay server (Cloudflare Workers) is configured not to keep logs of the content sent.
- Anthropic, the provider of the AI model, states that inputs and outputs sent to its API are normally deleted automatically within 30 days of receipt (for details, including exceptions such as abuse detection, see its policy). By default, the content sent is not used to train AI models.
- Retention of purchase information follows the policies of Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.
- Retention of usage analytics data (Section 2-4) follows the policy of our processor Layers. It is kept only in a form that cannot identify you personally.
6. Your Rights
You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your information via the contact listed below. Please note that because we have no account system and hold no personally identifying information, what we can do may be limited (data on your device can be erased by you by deleting the App).
You can also export the data you have recorded in the App (such as notes, favorites, and saved combinations) at any time using the App's export feature.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is designed not to collect personally identifying information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security
All communication by the App is encrypted (HTTPS). Each processor we use is a company that publishes industry-standard security practices.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will announce the change on this page. For material changes, we will strive to give clear notice, such as an in-app announcement.

プライバシーポリシー
1. はじめに
本ポリシーは、by fifteen(以下「運営者」)が提供する iOS / Android アプリ 「tabenote」(以下「本アプリ」)における、利用者の情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。
本アプリには、アカウント登録・ログイン機能がありません。運営者は、氏名・メールアドレス・ 電話番号といった、個人を直接特定できる情報を本アプリを通じて収集しません。
2. 収集する情報
2-1. 利用者が入力する情報(端末内にのみ保存)
次の情報は、お使いの端末の中にのみ保存され、運営者のサーバーには送信されません。
- 食材に付けた★(お気に入り)とメモ
- 保存した食材の組み合わせと、その名前・メモ
- 食材の選択履歴(よく使う食材の表示のため)
- 表示言語などの設定
これらは、設定の「データのエクスポート」を利用者自身が操作した場合にのみ、 利用者が選んだ共有先へ書き出されます。 なお、AI機能の利用時にアプリから送信される情報については 2-3 をご覧ください。
2-2. 購入に関する情報
サブスクリプションのお支払いは、アプリを入手したストアに応じて Apple(App Store)または Google(Google Play)が処理します。クレジットカード番号などの 決済情報を、運営者が受け取ることはありません。購読状態の管理のために、 購入情報(レシート)と、アプリが自動生成する匿名の利用者ID を、 委託先である RevenueCat(サブスクリプション管理サービス)が取り扱います。 この ID から運営者が個人を特定することはできません。
2-3. AI機能の利用時に送信される情報
AIによる献立提案を利用するとき、選択した食材名・季節・味の情報・表示言語・ 前項の匿名の利用者ID が、運営者のサーバーに送信されます。
また、図鑑にない食材名を検索したときは、図鑑の中から近い食材をご案内するために、 入力された検索語・表示言語・前項の匿名の利用者ID が同様に送信されます。 この案内はAIによる推定です。検索された食材そのものが図鑑(アプリのデータベース)に 追加・保存されることはありません。
送信するのは、これらの処理に必要な範囲に限ります。送信された情報は提案・案内の生成と 購読状態の確認のためにのみ用い、運営者のサーバーには保存しません。 生成の処理は、後記の委託先(Cloudflare、Anthropic)を通じて行われます。
2-4. 利用状況の計測(アクセス解析)
本アプリの改善のため、アプリの利用状況を、委託先(データ処理者)である Layers(アクセス解析サービス)を通じて収集します。収集するのは次の情報です。
- 画面の表示や機能の利用といった操作イベントの発生と件数 (例: 組み合わせを保存した、メモを書いた、という事実と件数。 どの画面(食材のページを含む)を表示したかの情報を含みます)
- アプリが自動生成する、個人を特定できない識別子(インストールID)
- 端末の機種・OSバージョンなどの技術情報
メモの内容・選択した食材名・氏名などの個人を特定できる情報は送信しません。 収集した情報は統計的な分析にのみ用います。広告のためのトラッキング (端末をまたいだ追跡や広告識別子の利用)は行わず、 iOS のトラッキング許可(ATT)の要求も、Android の広告ID(AD_ID)の利用も行いません。 また、収集した情報を他社が保有するデータと突き合わせることも行いません。
2-5. 自動的に処理される技術情報
前項までの通信に伴い、IPアドレスなどの技術的な情報が、通信の成立のために サーバー基盤(Cloudflare、Layers)で一時的に処理されることがあります。 本アプリは、広告SDK・クラッシュレポートツールを使用していません。 また、カメラ・写真・位置情報・通知などの端末の権限を要求しません。
2-6. 収集しない情報
運営者が本アプリを通じて、次の情報を収集・送信することはありません。
- 記録したメモの内容(端末内にのみ保存されます)
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報
- 位置情報
- 連絡先・写真・健康データ
- 広告識別子(IDFA)
3. 利用目的
- 本アプリの機能(献立提案の生成を含む)の提供のため
- サブスクリプションの購読状態の確認・復元のため
- 本アプリの利用状況の把握と、機能の改善のため
- 不正利用の防止のため
- お問い合わせへの対応のため(利用者がメールで連絡した場合)
4. 第三者への提供・委託
運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。 本アプリの提供にあたり、次の事業者に処理を委託しています。

5. データの保存期間と削除
- 端末内のデータ(★・メモ・保存した組み合わせなど)は、本アプリを削除すると 端末から削除されます。運営者のサーバーには残りません。
- AI機能で送信された内容は、提案・案内の生成にのみ用い、運営者のサーバーに保存しません。 中継サーバー(Cloudflare Workers)にも、送信内容をログとして保存しない構成にしています。
- AIモデルの提供元である Anthropic は、API に送信された入力・出力を、 通常、受領から30日以内に自動的に削除するとしています(不正利用の検知時などの 例外を含む詳細は、同社のポリシーをご覧ください)。また、送信された内容が 既定でAIモデルの学習に使用されることはありません。
- 購入情報の保存は、Apple・Google および RevenueCat のポリシーに従います。
- 利用状況の計測データ(2-4項)の保存は、委託先である Layers のポリシーに従います。 個人を特定できない形でのみ保持されます。
6. 利用者の権利
ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・削除のご請求は、下記のお問い合わせ先で承ります。 ただし、運営者はアカウント制度を持たず、個人を特定できる情報を保有していないため、 対応できる範囲に限りがあることをご了承ください(端末内のデータは、 アプリの削除により利用者自身で消去できます)。
また、本アプリに記録したデータ(メモ・お気に入り・保存した組み合わせなど)は、 アプリの書き出し機能により、いつでもお手元に保存できます。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報を収集しない設計です。運営者が、子どもから 意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
8. セキュリティ
本アプリの通信は暗号化(HTTPS)されています。委託先は、いずれも業界水準の セキュリティ対策を公表している事業者を選定しています。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページで公表します。重要な変更を行う場合は、 アプリ内での告知など、分かりやすい方法でお知らせするよう努めます。
